Distance is calculated from Customer Point to Point (actual route taken).
2. One-Way Trips
No Check-post / Interstate Charges for one-way outstation cab bookings (4-seater cabs).
3. Day Definition
One day means 24 hours, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM the next day.
4. Local Usage
Local usage within Bangalore city is not permitted. Only outstation trips are allowed under outstation packages.
5. Final Amount
The final fare depends on the actual distance traveled and the number of days. Estimates are indicative only.
6. Extra Charges
State permit, parking, and toll charges will be extra and charged as applicable.
7. Driver Bata Charges
Day Driver Bata is mandatory for trips between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Late Night Bata applies from 10:00 PM to 5:59 AM if the driver is driving during those hours.
8. Advance Payment
Please remind the driver about your advance payment while settling the balance. The office is not responsible if the advance amount is not communicated directly to the driver.
9. Luggage Policy
Sedan vehicles can accommodate up to 2 small bags or 1 large bag (Width × Height: 20" × 14", Capacity ~450 L).
10. Driver Details
Driver details (name, vehicle number, contact) will be shared at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
11. Waiting Time
The driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting charges are ₹5 per minute beyond that.
